Briefly describe the process the planning team used to develop the Schoolwide Plan or Targeted Assistance Plan based upon a comprehensive students are provided opportunities to meet the challenging State academic standards. For a Targeted Assistance Plan, please include the process needs assessment. Include the process that the school will use to regularly monitor and revise, as necessary, based upon student needs ensuring all for selecting students. Section 1114(b)(1, 3 and 6) and Section 1115(b)(1)

The School Planning Team developed this plan by first conducting a Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA), which involved analyzing three years of from the LEA Plan and customized action steps with measurable benchmarks and designated responsible personnel to address the prioritized needs. student achievement, demographic, and school climate data to identify root causes and prioritized needs. The team then selected evidence-based strategies

quarterly and used to revise instructional strategies. The Schoolwide Plan will be formally reviewed and revised annually by the planning team and Feedback will be collected through documented parent surveys, teacher PLC meetings, and stakeholder advisory sessions. Theses sources will be reviewed
